Shipping & Fulfillment
Since we want to ensure you get the highest quality gear, all of our merch is custom-made to order. It typically takes 2-5 business days to process and fulfill your order before it ships.
Once your order is fulfilled, shipping times vary depending on your location. Standard shipping usually takes between 3-7 business days within the United States. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your gear leaves the facility.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each item is printed specifically for you when you order it, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or if you ordered the wrong size. Please double-check the sizing guides on our products before checking out.
However, if your gear arrives damaged, defective, or there is a manufacturing error, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. We will happily work with you to get a replacement sent out immediately at no cost to you.
Lost Packages
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. But don't worry—if it's an error on the carrier's end or our end, we'll cover the costs of sending out a replacement.
